| Mode of Recruitment for SSC CGL Posts :- | |
| The computer-based examination will be conducted in two tiers: Tier-I and Tier-II. There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer. Tier-I Examination: The examination will consist of a single paper with 100 questions, totaling 200 marks, and will have a duration of 1 hour. Tier-II Examination: Paper-I: This paper will be of 450 marks with a duration of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Paper-II (Statistics): This paper will consist of 100 questions, totaling 200 marks, with a duration of 2 hours. Paper-III (General Studies – Finance and Economics): This paper will have 100 questions, totaling 200 marks, with a duration of 2 hours. Candidates will be shortlisted to appear in the Tier-II Examination based on the marks scored in Tier-I. | |
